Mimosas are a delicious morning wake-up cocktail to serve with breakfast or brunch! When elevated by the edgy and veggie, kombucha, a 2,000 year old health elixir made from tea, makes a delicious mixer for cocktails and mocktails.

Yield: 6; 9-ounce cocktails
Glassware: Champagne Glass
Place Fresh Origins’ Herb Crystals® Ginger in a shallow bowl.
Slightly dampen the rim of each glass and dip into a shallow bowl to coat the rims.
Add 4 ounces of Kombucha.
Top each glass with LaMarca prosecco.
Garnish with watermelon balls, lemon twist or torched ginger, and sprigs of mint.
