Ingredients

  • 1 (6-pound) cooked, bone-in spiral-sliced ham
  • 1 (5-ounce) Frigo® Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup whole grain mustard
  • ¼ cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cracked black pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a high-powered blender or a food processor fitted with a blade, blend together Frigo® Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese, olive oil, honey, whole grain mustard, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and fresh cracked black pepper until a smooth paste.

Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan and spread parmesan black peppercorn mixture over ham and let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.  Tent ham with foil and crimp foil to pan edges.  Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until warmed through with an internal temperature of 140°F.  Remove foil and allow to bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the parmesan is a golden brown and the edges of ham start to crispen.

Rad Tip: Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the ham.  Although the ham is fully-cooked, rewarming the meat takes about 7 minutes per pound at 350°F.
