Ingredients

  • 1 (10- ounce) Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers, divided
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3-5 drops orange food coloring, optional
  • 50 miniature tiny twist pretzels
  • Gold or orange sprinkles, optional

Directions

Line two large baking sheet trays with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Melt all but ¾ cup white chocolate melting wafers in a small microwave-safe bowl in the microwave on high. Heat for 20 seconds, stir with a rubber spatula, and then repeat until chocolate is melted.

Once melted, stir pumpkin pie spice and orange food coloring into chocolate. Use a fork to dip each pretzel in chocolate until coated and then tap the fork against the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate. Use a toothpick to slide each pretzel off the fork onto the prepared baking sheet tray. Repeat with remaining pretzels.

Note: If chocolate melting wafers starts to harden, place back in the microwave for 15 seconds and repeat until soft.

When pretzels are all coated and chocolate has dried to the touch, melt the remaining white melting wafers in a small bowl. Using a small whisk or tines of a fork, drizzle melted chocolate over pretzels.

If desired, top pretzels with sprinkles and/or serve tossed into my Fall White Chocolate Pumpkin Spiced Popcorn recipe.
