Ingredients

  • 8 cups popped popcorn, lightly salted
  • 1 (10-ounce) Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice seasoning
  • Gold or orange sprinkles, optional
  • 1 recipe Pumpkin Spiced Pretzel, optional, link below

Directions

Line two large baking sheet trays with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Spread the popped popcorn on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Take care to remove any unpopped kernels.

Carefully melt the white chocolate in a small microwave safe bowl in the microwave on high. Heat for 20 seconds, stir with a rubber spatula, and then repeat until chocolate is melted and smooth.

Mix the pumpkin spice into the white chocolate. Drizzle white chocolate over the popcorn and allow to dry or, for a sweeter, more candy-coated effect, toss the popcorn in white chocolate, allowing it to coat the kernels.

Spread it into one even layer on prepared baking sheet trays and allow it to dry. Once dry, break it apart. Gently toss in Pumpkin Spiced Pretzels.

Eat immediately or store in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
