Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 3 ½ – 4 cups
Preheat oven to broil.
In a medium-sized, ovenproof sauté pan, heat 2 cups of shredded Frigo® Fresh Mozzarella and all other ingredients (except chives) on medium-high heat for 6 minutes or until cheese is melted. Be sure to continually stir the mixture with a rubber spatula, scraping the bottom of the pan to avoid burning.
Remove from heat. Fold in the chives and top with remaining shredded Frigo® Fresh Mozzarella.
Place sauté pan in the oven on top rack and broil for 2 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
Garnish with bacon bits, chives, or Frigo® 3-Cheese Italian Blend, and serve with crispy warm waffle fries or chips.
