Grilled Feta Cheese Dip is an impressive, last-minute appetizer packed with Mediterranean flavors – garlic, pine nuts, and honey. For show-stopping impact to your appetizer spread serve with a SUN-dried Tomato Parmesan Wheel.

Yield: 2 cups
Preheat grill to high heat.
Blend Frigo® Crumbled Feta Cheese, cream cheese, ½ cup olive oil, lemon juice, and zest, and garlic in a food processor or blender until finely blended. The mixture will be thick.
Scrape this mixture into a small cast iron skillet, oven-safe crock, or aluminum foil packet and sprinkle with ground black pepper. Fold aluminum foil to seal or top with aluminum foil if using a cast-iron skillet or crock.
Place on hot grill, cook for 10 minutes, and then remove foil or open the top of the foil packet. Allow to cook for an additional 2 minutes or until browned on top.
Remove from grill and finish with an additional swirl of olive oil, honey, and pine nuts. Serve with SUN-dried Tomato Parmesan Wheel, grilled pita bread, or sliced cucumbers.
Rad Tip: This dish can also be made in the oven by baking at 400º F for 10 minutes and then broiling on high to brown the top for an additional 2 minutes.
