Serves: 1; 3-cup breakfast bowl
In a blender or food processor, pulse the Frigo® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese, coconut milk, pineapple, and honey until it’s reached a smoothie consistency. Then, add the puree to a cereal bowl and fold in the chia seeds.
Top with the blueberries, kiwi, almonds and coconut flakes. (Note: If you’re not consuming right away, reserve the chia pudding without the toppings in the refrigerator until you’re ready.)
