Creamy Wake-Me-Up Breakfast Shake

Yields: 1; 16-ounce shake 



  • ½ cup Frigo® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • ½ cup mixed berry juice
  • 1 medium banana
  • ¼ cup halved, pitted dried dates
  • ½ cup ice


In a blender or food processor, pulse the Frigo® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese, juice, banana and dates until it’s reached a smoothie consistency.

Add the ice and blend until smooth and frothy.
