Up In Smoke Cocktail

If you like Mezcal, you’ll love this Up in Smoke riff on a Paloma, with refreshingly sophisticated flavors and smokey finish.  Enjoy the intensity of the Añejo Mezcal enhanced by the charred grapefruit, smoked sea salt, and hemp bitters!

Glassware: American Metalcraft® Antique Copper Cup (Satin Finish)

Ingredients

Cocktail:

  • 3 ounces Añejo Mezcal
  • 2 ounces fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1 - 2 dashes hemp bitters
  • 1 ½ bar spoonfuls agave nectar
  • ½ bar spoon ground coriander

Garnish:

  • 1 dried grapefruit wheel

Directions

Combine all ingredients, and shake with ice. Strain into American Metalcraft® Antique Copper Cup over rocks. Garnish with dried grapefruit wheel and enjoyed sipped through a metal straw.
