Pizza Board

This pizza board elevates family pizza night from a weeknight meal to a party! Pile all your favorite meats, cheeses, and toppings onto a board and serve.

Layout this spread, provide the flatbreads and let everyone build their own culinary creation!

Cook Time: 15 minutes for flatbreads

Serves: 10

Yield: 10; 8-inch flatbreads



  • 1 (15-ounce) container Frigo® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 (32-ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (8-ounce) jar basil pesto
  • 1 (12-ounce jar alfredo sauce
  • 1 (8-ounce) Frigo® Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, sliced into 8 ¼-inch slices
  • 1 (5-ounce) wedge Frigo® Aged Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • Campari tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 (4- ounce package assorted thin-sliced cured meats such as prosciutto, salami, and/or soppressata
  • 1 (4-ounce) package pepperoni
  • 8 - 16 ounces assorted mushrooms, sliced
  • Pepperonci
  • Peppadew peppers
  • Green, black, and/or Kalamata olives, pitted, drained
  • Onion, thin-sliced
  • Bell peppers, sliced
  • Fresh herbs
  • 10 individual-sized naan flatbreads
  • Olive oil


Build the Pizza Board: Use your biggest cutting board or platter and place a ring mold or cookie cutter slightly off-center and fill with Frigo® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil, if desire. Fill small bowls with marinara sauce, pesto, olive oil, and/or anything that is liquidy.

Line up Frigo® Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese slices layered with tomatoes and add the ingredients around the set items. Build up the toppings until the board is full and garnish with fresh sprigs of herbs.

Set the board out with Naan bread and let everyone create their own pizza masterpieces.

Pizza Recipe:

Pre-heat oven to 400° F.

Brush the naan flatbreads with olive oil.

Place naan flatbreads on a sheet tray or pizza stone.

Divide marinara sauce and spread over top of naan flatbreads (bubbly side up). Top with Fresh Mozzarella Cheese slices and tomato slices. Then add additional pizza toppings as desired.

Using a sheet tray or pizza stone, transfer the naan flatbread onto and place and cook on the middle rack for 10 to 15 minutes or until mozzarella becomes melty and the crust is golden brown.
