The Swallow is a beautiful show-stopping cocktail that will wow your guests at your next gathering. Tropical hints of pineapple, fenugreek, and cardamom with exotic notes of smokey rum and Swallow Bird’s Nest Drink combine to make a smooth sipper ideal for an apéritif.
Prep Time: 4 minutes
Yield: 2; 3-ounce cocktails
Glassware: Bird Glass, Coupe Glass, Champagne Glass
Add all ingredients except the Stolen Smoked Rum into a cocktail shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously for 20 seconds to incorporate and create froth.
Add ice to the shaker and the rum and shake again to chill the drink.
Strain into a pre-chilled glass and serve garnished with a lemon twist and skeleton leaves.
Fenugreek Cardamom Syrup:
Heat ¼ cup honey and ¼ cup water together in a saucepot and whisk in ½ teaspoon ground fenugreek and ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom. Heat until dissolved. Cool and use as desired.
