O Tennenbaum-totaler is a non-alcoholic holiday cocktail crafted with hints of Pear, Hawthorn, Douglas Fir, and a bright hint of acid from the Icewine Aceto and lemonade.

Yields: 1; 6-ounce cocktail
Glassware: rocks glass
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add lemonade, Jörg Geiger’s PriSecco, Icewine Aceto, rosemary leaves.
With bar spoon, stir until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice.
Express lemon peel over the drink and add peel to the glass as a garnish. Garnish with a sprig of Douglas Fir or rosemary and serve.
