Ricotta Fruit Parfait

Made with a few simple ingredients, this crowd-pleasing Ricotta Fruit Parfait is the perfect no-bake dessert to transform dinner from yum to wow. Ricotta, honey, and fruit are layered together for a luscious and visually stunning combination!

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Refrigeration Time: 20 – 30 minutes

Yield: 8 cups

Serves: 4 – 6



  • 1 (15-ounce) container Frigo® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons honey
  • 5 - 6 cups chopped fresh fruit and berries
  • ½ cup edible flowers and/or fresh mint for garnish, optional
  • ½ cup granola, dried nuts and fruits, optional


Layer ricotta in parfait glasses, small cups, and/or canning jars. Drizzle with honey and fresh fruit and berries and continue to layer until at the top of the vessel.  Finish by garnishing with edible flowers or fresh mint.

Allow flavors to meld in the refrigerator for 20 – 30 minutes and then serve.
