A creamy coffee cordial makes a great nightcap, brunch cocktail, or sipper with sweets. Pair with biscotti for a complete coffee break meets happy hour!
Glassware: Collins or Rocks glass
Add cooled espresso to ice cube tray with an orange twist.
Freeze for 4-5 hours.
Pour mü espresso macchiato over espresso cube.
Sip and savor, or chase with a side of Biscotti (see recipe below).
Yield: 1; 2 ounces shooter
¾ ounce Mu Macchiato
½ ounce Tuttobello Amaretto
¼ ounce Redemption Rye
¼ ounce Crème de Cacao
1 dash Fee Brother’s black walnut
Rim lip of shooter glass with amaretto then crushed biscotti.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients, shake until well. Pour into a garnished shooter glass. Enjoy alone or serve alongside a cup of Handle Bar Brew.
