  • ½ cup Frigo® Fresh Mozzarella, shredded

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375° F.

In a medium bowl, carefully toss the quartered biscuits in the melted butter until coated.  Then toss the coated biscuits with 1 cup Frigo® 3-Cheese Italian Blend, Frigo® Fresh Mozzarella, and marinara sauce.

Arrange in a lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate or cast iron skillet. Sprinkle with remaining Frigo® 3-Cheese Italian Blend and, if desired, with pepperoni, olives, fresh basil, and/or any favorite pizza toppings. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and cheese is bubbly.

Serve with extra tomato sauce and enjoy with friends and family around the table.

Rad Tip:  Have fun with a hole in the middle!  Simply double the ingredients and bake in a Bundt pan.  Be sure to add 15 minutes to your bake time.
